Morgyn’s practice is focused on personal injury law, including cases involving traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and significant orthopedic, spinal and psychological injuries.
She regularly represents clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal and is a frequent lecturer, contributor, and speaker in seminars in the personal injury field. Over the years, Morgyn has gained a deep understanding of how insurance companies approach legal actions. As such, she proactively develops astute and forceful legal strategies that serve her clients well. She is a determined advocate with a successful track record of winning exceptional rewards for her clients. Morgyn has served on the Board of Directors of the Lower Mainland Grief Recovery Society for several years. Her Board involvement brings an added appreciation of the hurdles her personal-injury clients must confront and overcome – physically and emotionally. Morgyn believes strongly that establishing and maintaining open, honest and ongoing communication with her clients is critical to building successful relationships and ensuring the best possible outcome. Her practice is based largely in the lower mainland, and she has a growing client base on southern Vancouver Island.
