Areas of Practice
Mark has focused for the last several years on representing clients injured as a result of the negligence of others. He has appeared in the Supreme and Provincial Courts of BC to fight for the rights of his clients.
Having represented hundreds of clients through their injury claims, Mark uses that experience to achieve the best result for each individual. He guides his clients through the litigation process from intake to final resolution. His experience has led him to develop a client first approach, taking into account the unique circumstances for each person. Mark’s early legal career included work as a city solicitor on the East Coast and in maritime law. This has allowed him to gain a deeper appreciation of the law and its affect on the people he helps in his practice. When he is not engaged with his clients, Mark can be found on his mountain bike, the golf course or otherwise enjoying best that the Comox Valley has to offer.
