Areas of Practice
Jim McBride has 25 years’ experience as a personal injury lawyer. His focus is assisting clients with injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. His clients have a range of injuries including soft-tissue, orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries.
Jim has been involved in high-profile, precedent-setting cases at all levels of court. He has achieved significant seven figure awards for his clients in complex circumstances. In addition to his acknowledged legal skills and effective advocacy, another hallmark of Jim’s practice is the comprehensive client care he brings to his clients’ matters. The traumatic effects from an accident can have devastating consequences on one’s life and Jim considers all functional impairments– domestic, vocational, and recreational. He steps into his clients’ lives and works to remove obstacles to recovery and make each action as positive as possible. From decades of work advocating for the injured, Jim has amassed an impressive list of medical specialists he calls upon for the benefit of his clients, obtaining specialist appointments that are otherwise very difficult to secure. Jim’s practice is based on the premise that communication, trust and respect are the cornerstones of a good client-lawyer relationship. Further, he considers it a privilege to represent individuals who have placed their trust in him.
