Tony’s Civil Litigation practice is focused on Estate Litigation and Personal Injury Law. He is driven to obtain successful results for his clients through tactful negotiation and, when necessary or desired, representing his clients' interests in court.
Tony stands by his clients from start to finish and is motivated by helping them progress and succeed. He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Hammerberg’s Estate Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. He understands the personal and emotional nature of estate disputes, and takes the time to develop relationships with the people he represents. Tony believes that knowing what is important to his clients helps him to achieve meaningful, successful results for them. In addition to his trial experience in estate litigation claims, Tony has successfully represented hundreds of injured clients, including in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and brings a wealth of trial experience, knowledge and expertise to Hammerberg’s Personal Injury team. In his free time, Tony enjoys golfing, playing ice hockey, skiing and snowboarding. He also enjoys fiction and can be found on weekends, book in hand, in various coffee shops around Vancouver.
