Alexia was called to the Bar in 2015 after articling with a small Vancouver law firm specialising in personal injury law. Alexia attended McGill University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and then went on to pursue her Master’s degree at Vrije Universiteit.
Prior to attending law school, Alexia worked with the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program for 3 years dealing with spousal and child support enforcement matters. Alexia has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. While she has an interest in all facets of litigation, her primary focus has always been on personal injury claims. Her experience mainly involves car accidents and slip and falls, but Alexia also has a keen interest in injuries on board airplanes, as well as injuries that arise out of negligent conduct by healthcare providers, such as medical and dental practitioners. In addition to English, she is fluent in Farsi (Persian) and has a working knowledge of French. When Alexia has time away from her work, she enjoys traveling to sunny destinations and spending time with her family, which includes her cat, The Sultan, and her dog, Lucy.
