Ainsley practices exclusively in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, helping clients obtain fair and practical resolutions of their motor vehicle and other injury claims. Her practice focuses on her clients' health and well-being, and she relies on open and ongoing communication with her clients to identify their needs and ensure the best possible outcome.
Prior to joining Hammerberg Lawyers LLP, Ainsley worked at a large insurance defence firm in downtown Vancouver. Through her experience representing insurance companies, she developed an understanding of how ICBC and other insurance companies defend personal injury claims. Ainsley was called to the bar in 2013, and has effectively resolved personal injury cases through informal negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences. She has trial experience in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Raised in the Lower Mainland, Ainsley enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with family.
