I represent a broad range of clients, both corporate and individuals, in various civil litigation matters.

My practice includes strata property litigation, real estate and other contractual disputes, drafting and review of construction related contracts, builder liens, wrongful dismissal, defamation, and wills and estate matters.

I have experience with various levels of court including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Small Claims Court, and Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution hearings. Mediations and informal settlement negotiations are an important part of my practice as well.

Advising clients in the most practical and cost effective way to resolve each issue while protecting their interests are fundamental principles of my practice and integral to developing lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

I assisted in the preparation of the 2010 update of the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual. This is a publication by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and is the recipient of the Award for Profesional Excellence in the "Best Publications" category announced in May 2009 by the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA).
