My primary areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, and Residential and Commercial Real Estate.  I provide practical and effective advice with respect to a range of legal issues including financing, buying and selling a business, contract negotiation drafting and review, shareholders agreements, corporate maintenance and reorganizations, incorporation, commercial leases, and Strata Property Act bylaws and resolutions.

My practice demands not only knowledge of the law, but the ability to listen and respond to the individual needs of my clients.  I pride myself in providing solutions that are practical and appropriate in the circumstances, and I have the knowledge and resources to provide quality service to all clients, whether large or small.

Contributing author for the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual.
