Reorganizations, Tax and Estate Planning

As corporate advisors, we are involved with our clients on a regular basis to plan, facilitate and implement changes to their corporate structure. We often work in association with tax and accounting advisors to implement inter-corporate or inter-generation share and asset transfers in order to achieve objectives of tax efficiency and estate planning or to introduce new partners or shareholders into the business, whether third party investors, management or employee shareholders or others.

Our legal services also extend to partnerships, proprietorships, joint ventures as well as to amalgamations, share restructuring transactions, tax roll-overs, corporate simplifications and continuations (both into and out of the Province) and a host of other transactions and areas.
